We pride ourselves on not being a traditional training company.
If you are looking for standard corporate training, we are afraid you’ll be disappointed. However, if you are looking for training that is facilitative, fun, innovative, useful AND delivers your learning objectives, then let’s talk.
We love working with marketing professionals and small business owners – helping them to achieve their marketing goals.
We get very practical with our marketing and give our delegates a chance to practice while they learn. Our trainers are both expert in training and expert in marketing, so we are using these tools day in and day out for our clients as well as training others how to do the same.
You can have as little or as much support as you like. We even have a team of associates who can help you, if you don’t want to do it all yourself… but we would still recommend that you understand your marketing so that you can make the right choices.
Learning should be useful, practical and fun
We like to focus our learning on giving you what you need. No boring training here! Our online learning is deliberately short and easy to consume and especially designed for the sole trader and solopreneur.

It’s likely that you feel overwhelmed by choices on how to market your business. We believe that simple is best (and certainly easiest!). It keeps you focused and is likely the fastest way to getting real results.

About Julie Hall
Julie is the founder of The School of Marketing. She is a digital leadership & marketing consultant with over two decades of experience.
She launched the School of Marketing to work with and support marketing professionals, particularly ones that are new to their role and business owners who need to master marketing to develop their digital presence.
She is a regular tutor for In>PD training a CMI Level 7 course in Digital Leadership and their 4 day Digital Marketing and Social Media programme and also supports organisations such as the Horticultural Association and Buckinghamshire Business First with training their business communities.

She has worked with clients such as In>PD, Google, The British Library, Sage and more. She ran her own digital marketing agency for 10 years and founded a community of 20,000 entrepreneurs which she ran from 2008 – 2015.

Judy is an independent LinkedIn trainer and B2B marketer. Passionate about de-mystifying LinkedIn, Judy has been training businesses since 2013 on how to raise their profile, build valuable relationships, and generate new opportunities.
She works across a range of industries from manufacturing to media, finance to IT, helping to close the gap between ‘just being on LinkedIn’ and making LinkedIn work.
